Privacy notice

Florida Construction Bid Finder is in development. This notice explains what we collect when you create a free account and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your email address and password (the password is stored securely by our sign-in system; we cannot read it).
• Your company name, optional first name, counties served and trades or services.
• Your marketing-email choice, the date and time you made it, and the exact wording you were shown.
• Bids you save, dismiss or mark as relevant inside the app.

How we use it

• To let you sign in and use the free procurement directory.
• To match bid listings to your counties, trades and keywords.
• So our small admin team can understand who uses the beta, what coverage is needed, and contact you about your account.
• Only if you ticked the marketing box: to email you product updates, new bid coverage and an invitation when paid membership launches. Directory access never depends on this choice, and you can change it anytime in your company profile.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers. We don't take payments. Promotional emails are not being sent yet.

Your choices

You can edit your details and marketing choice on your company profile page. To delete your account or ask a privacy question, email us at laura@tpabaycleaners.com.
